Hi, I'm Natalie Temple

I have been practicing Yoga since 2014 and achieved my teaching qualification in 2017. Through my 11 year long Yoga journey, I have become fully trained in multiple styles of Yoga practice, including:  Chakra Evolution Yoga (which is a strong Yin Yoga), Ashtanga, Teen Yoga, Children's Yoga and my studies into children's & teen's Yoga therapy infuse my practices with a trauma informed background.

In 2024, I became a fully qualified deep tissue massage therapist, which I practice alongside my Thai head & neck massage therapy. 

I'm a self professed cliché - its a very airy fairy yoga teacher thing to say, but my Yoga practice has completely changed my life!

Yoga brought me into feeling and into my body; I had been constantly distracted and running away, and my Yoga practice forced me to sit with myself and slow down. An important part of practicing Yoga is about self-awareness and accepting all parts of you. 

I am a mum of three, step-mum of two and soon to be grandma! I am determined, passionate, stubborn, fun-loving, gentle and enthusiastic, but I equally dip in an out of self-doubt, low self esteem, social anxiety, unworthiness, absolute fear of what I'm doing and really low confidence. With Temple Yoga, I wanted to provide a safe space where all of this is not only welcome, but celebrated! There are no expectations, no judgement and everyone is met where they are at that moment.

Other classes are scheduled on a monthly basis and posted on Temple Yoga's social media sites & website.

One-To-Ones & Private Group Yoga

Why choose a One-To-One?

Yoga One-to-Ones are tailored to YOU - your needs, your body, your pace. They are structed around you to help you develop your own practice.

I work with a variety of students with completely different needs and goals. My students range from a professional boxer looking to improve his range of movement, whilst working to allow his nervous system to move from fight or flight to rest and digest, to someone with an autoimmune disease using Yoga to develop relaxation techniques and use movement to ease her pain. 

The opportunities with private Yoga are endless, and I will design the session to fit your unique needs and practice. Arranged at a time and location that works around your schedule.

Interested in this personalised practice, but want to include your partner, your daughters, some work colleagues or a few neighbours? Available also as small private groups.

Online Yoga & Relaxation

Getting to Yoga classes doesn't always work around your day to day rush - online classes are perfect for finding 30 minutes for yourself, on your own terms. 

Scheduled in blocks, multiple times a week, live on zoom so that you still experience that group class environment. 

You also get access to the recordings of each class after the session, to practice in your own time.

Yoga isn't your thing? Prefer the live classes but need some mid week mindfulness?  

Online Relaxation might be for you -focus on a still mind and centred body.

Just like online Yoga - you can join live and receive the recording of your session!
